| Hammock Creek Golf Club is located on the Treasure Coast (Stuart/ Palm City) Florida. Our address is: 2400 SW Golden Bear Way, Palm City, Florida 34990 We can be reached at: (772) 220-2599 From the North or the South on I-95: Take I-95 to exit 102 (Palm City). Follow the exit ramp to SW High Meadows Avenue. Continue North approximately 1 mile to the first traffic signal (SW Golden Bear Way) which is the entrance to Hammock Creek. Turn right onto Golden Bear Way and our clubhouse is approximately 700 yards on the right. From the North or the South on the Florida Turnpike: Take the Turnpike exit 133, travel through the toll both and turn right on Hwy. 714 which is immediately beyond the toll both. Travel east approximately one (1) block to High Meadows Avenue. Turn right (south) on High Meadows and travel approximately 1 mile to the first traffic signal (SW Golden Bear Way) which is the entrance to Hammock Creek.
